All facial images captured during registration are processed into unique mathematical descriptors (hashes). The original visual images are not stored unless explicitly permitted for profile identification, and facial descriptors are encrypted using AES-256.

We collect employee names, email addresses, and employee IDs provided during registration. This data is essential for accurate attendance tracking and secure organizational reporting.
Encrypted Storage
Your biometric and personal data are stored in ISO-certified data centers with restricted access. We employ multi-factor authentication (MFA) and continuous monitoring to prevent unauthorized access.
Information Disclosure
We never sell user data. Access is strictly controlled and limited to your organization's administrators for attendance-related functions. No data is shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
User Rights
Under various privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA), users have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their biometric data. These requests are handled through the organization's HR department.

We use essential session cookies for secure authentication and to maintain your login state. These cookies do not track browsing behavior outside of Attendance Pro.
