1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Attendance Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. Our Face Recognition technology is designed for secure workforce management and requires consent from all registered users.
2. Use of Face Recognition
Users agree to provide accurate biometric data (face descriptors) for the purpose of identity verification. This data is converted into a mathematical hash and is used exclusively for attendance tracking and security purposes.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any attempt to spoof the system, use printed images for verification, or otherwise bypass security protocols will result in immediate termination of access.
4. Data Privacy & Processing
We process biometric data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this system, organization administrators acknowledge their responsibility to inform employees about data collection practices.
5. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. System maintenance may occur periodically to ensure the accuracy of AI models and security patches.
6. Limitation of Liability
Attendance Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including inaccuracies in AI-based recognition.
